Who we are
We manage seven rental units today, with one more planned this year, across five Southern California cities.
Owners work directly with Javier, from the first consultation through every monthly statement. Tenants have one place to send a request and one number to call.
What we manage
Residential rentals: leasing, rent, maintenance, inspections and the paperwork in between.
Leasing & tenant placement
When a home is vacant, we handle the steps between an empty unit and a signed lease.
Rent collection
We collect rent each month, keep the ledger, and follow up when a payment is late.
Maintenance coordination
Tenants have one place to report a problem. We arrange the repair and keep you informed.
Inspections & reporting
We document the condition of the home and send you a clear monthly picture of how it is doing.
Compliance & communication
We keep notices, records and conversations organized, so owners and tenants each have one point of contact.
