How it works
From first call to first statement, in four steps.
Consultation
We talk through your property, how it is rented today, and what you want from it.
Onboarding
We collect the lease, keys, documents and vendor history, and set up how you will receive statements.
Placement
If the home is vacant, we market it and place a qualified tenant. If it is occupied, we introduce ourselves to the residents.
Monthly reporting
Each month you receive a statement of rent received, expenses and maintenance. You can call us anytime.
